What do you do?

I have been working in litigation for over eighteen years and I specialise in in debt recovery, insolvency, and property dispute/possession matters. Through working for many different clients, I have built up considerable experience in company law/partnership matters, contractual disputes and personal injury claims. I am a member of BNI (Business Networking) and, in my spare time, I continue to work towards my CILEX qualification.

Why do your clients like working with you?

I am passionate about my clients’ cases and, whilst litigation often conjures up thoughts of expensive and dramatic courtroom battles, I know the financial and time benefits of mediation and arbitration and I therefore seek to encourage alternative dispute resolution whenever it is right for my clients.

Why do you love your job?

There is no other career like it! I get a huge sense of achievement when my clients succeed as a direct result of my hard work, dedication and passion.

  • Unfortunately I was in a car accident a couple of years ago. Through a recommendation I was introduced to a Gentleman called Nicky Maisuria. He literally held my hand through the entire process and I couldn’t recommend Nicky highly enough.
