What do you do?

I am a Conveyancing Executive and am currently working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer. I assist clients with residential property matters, ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently and progresses as smoothly as possible from start to finish. I take pride in providing a reliable, well-organised service while continuing to develop my knowledge and expertise within residential conveyancing.

What is your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is my proactive and detail-focused approach. I carefully manage each stage of a transaction, identify potential issues at an early stage and take the necessary steps to keep matters moving forward.

By combining a practical approach with strong client care, I provide a smooth, efficient and well-managed service.

Why do you love your job?

I enjoy supporting clients through such an important stage of their property journey. No two transactions are ever the same, which keeps the work interesting and engaging.

It is particularly rewarding to help make the conveyancing process less stressful for clients and to see everything come together successfully on completion.
