What do you do?

I am a Trainee Solicitor specialising in Commercial, Civil, and Property Litigation, assisting on complex matters including contractual disputes, TOLATA claims, loan agreements, and High Court litigation.

My experience includes successfully recovering approximately 70% of my client's costs in property litigation, well beyond the level ordinarily recoverable under the fixed costs regime and obtaining an urgent injunction over the Christmas period to prevent the sale of a London property on behalf of a client based in the United States. I am currently involved in several high-value litigation matters, including substantial breach of contract claims and a dispute arising from an eight-figure property transaction.

I take a commercial view of every dispute and fight hard to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, whether at mediation, in settlement negotiations, or in court. I pride myself on being approachable and easily accessible, ensuring clients receive clear advice, prompt responses, and dedicated representation throughout their case.

I work with individuals, businesses, and property owners involved in commercial and property-related disputes. I also have experience dealing with heavily contested private client matters and construction disputes in both the County Court at Central London and the High Court.
