What do you do?

I have experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions acting for all types of sellers and buyers including first time buyers, homeowners and investors in both freehold and leasehold transactions including complex property issues. I also advise on properties being sold at auction for both sellers and buyers including auction legal packs.

.My approach is to find the simplest solution to a complex matter and provide proactive and practical advice to achieve a resolution in the most efficient way possible.  

Tell us about your clients

I act for both individuals and businesses including developers selling large numbers of plots in a building and for buyers of new build and shared ownership properties, therefore, I understand the needs of clients from different perspective. My clients include landlords and tenants of all types of commercial properties including retail, restaurants, industrial premises, educational establishments and offices including financing of all types of properties.
