I would wholeheartedly recommend using this firm for conveyancing. I recently bought my first home, which proved to be a way more complicated process than I expected. Particularly for the conveyancer (Carly Goldsmith) it involved a lot of back and forth with the seller's solicitor and varying the terms of the lease. I always felt that Carly was in my corner, and that she took every effort to make the process as smooth as it could be and explain complicated questions and terms that I had zero experience with. Billing was clear and straightforward, too. I'm particularly glad that I chose a firm that was close to me - rather than a giant faceless online company - because it meant I could just go over there when my documents got lost in the post and looked like it would derail everything at the last minute.
