Partner - Residential Conveyancing

What do you do?

I head our Residential Property department and I work closely with my team of conveyancers to provide a comprehensive service selling and purchasing freehold and leasehold properties as well as acting for lenders and finance providers. I qualified here at Huggins and became a Partner in 1993. I am also a member of the approved Law Society Conveyancing Panel Solicitors. I speak fluent Punjabi and am a qualified Notary Public and a current member of the Notaries Society which means that I can provide documentation authentication services for use overseas.

Tell us about your clients

My clients are as individual as the properties they buy and sell. Whether a client is a member of my local community or internationally known, however, my priority is to ensure that their transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible in the shortest possible time.

Why do your clients like working with you?

I am straightforward and effective; my clients want their transaction to complete and I make that happen through a combination of experience and skills amassed over nearly 30 years working as a qualified solicitor specialising in property conveyancing. Never losing my sense of humour also helps!
