When considering a law firm, please do not just consider the fees, but also consider the person that will have day-to-day responsibility for your transaction, how accessible they are and how much experience they have. In a very weak property market, you do not need the added stress of a shoddy law firm. Ann is a highly experienced conveyancer who knows property law inside out.

If we could give 6 stars out of 5, we would. We have used Huggins on two property transactions and each time, our conveyancer has been Ann Hines and we are so thankful for Ann. Ann has, quite literally, been the lead conveyancer and a key reason for the property transaction going ahead.
