What do you do?

I joined Huggins in 2017 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2019. I provide wide range of services to assist clients in the area of family law. I am a member of Resolution and I am committed to resolve your case as quickly as possible, in order to minimise conflict and stress for all family members involved. From day to day I handle matters involving divorces, negotiating and drafting financial agreements for divorcing and unmarried couples. When children are involved, I believes that the best approach to resolve emotionally draining for both parents issues is through constructive dialogue, rather than a lengthy court process which takes, to some degree, the decision out of both parents hands. If such approach is not possible, due to allegations of domestic abuse for example, and a court is necessary from the outset I guide my clients throughout each stage of the court proceedings, securing for the children, whose welfare is paramount in any given set of proceedings, appropriate protective orders and contact arrangements with their parents.

Why do your clients like working with you?

I am very empathetic and have professional approach to clients. I am effective at resolving matters without the need for the parties to engage in expensive and protracted litigation. I am fluent in both Polish and English and, when called upon by colleagues, I can also just about get by in Russian and Slovakian.

Why do you love your job?

I love a challenge and working in law is both intellectually stimulating and emotionally rewarding.
